I question everything. I don’t know who I am anymore.

The call to start therapy comes gradually…

You’re becoming more and more dissatisfied with your job, your relationships, or yourself.
You’ve noticed you’ve become reactive, but you can’t pinpoint why you’re so triggered.

And the desire to start therapy comes from a life crisis:
You’re experiencing the death of a loved one or the loss of a friendship.
You know you want to change jobs or even careers, but you’re uncertain about when or how.
Individual therapy allows you to show up for yourself in new ways.
When we meet for therapy, we’ll focus on identifying the specific goals you’d like to accomplish.
It’s okay if you’re not sure about your goals; we’ll work on them together when you come in.
Together, we’ll develop a plan – a way forward – that makes you feel comfortable.
For the first month, you might come in weekly. Then, we can assess your progress to see what’s been helpful and what we need to adjust.
We will focus on skill-building so that you ultimately will practice what you learn in therapy, as you integrate positive changes within your real life.
Our objective is to understand – with compassion – where the patterns started and how they have been reinforced within your programming (both in your brain and in your nervous system/body).
Rewrite your story
Therapy can provide you with insights into how to “undo” damaging patterns while simultaneously shifting gears to develop a new narrative for yourself.
You ultimately connect to your authentic, deep self to make lasting changes.
My vision for you
My vision is that you’ll come home to yourself as you are (accepting the messy, imperfect, disheveled, hurtful parts, working through difficult emotional experiences) while embracing the future self you’re in the process of becoming.
